WRIVE has dropped its double-title debut offering, \u201cOoh La La<\/a>\u201d and \u201cSe\u00f1orita<\/a>,\u201d signaling its official launch as ABS-CBN\u2019s newest Filipino boy group.<\/p>\n

Managed by ABS-CBN\u2019s talent management, Polaris-Star Magic, and signed under the premier record label Star Music, the five-member group is made up of Asi, Drei, Ishiro, Mathew, and Russu, who were all a part of the idol survival show \u201cDream Maker\u201d in 2022.<\/p>\n

WRIVE, pronounced as \u2018rayv,\u2019 is derived from the phrase \u201cwe have arrived,\u201d which represents the members’ unity to reach their dreams.<\/p>\n

The pop-funk track \u201cOoh La La\u201d describes a romantic journey of wanting to escape reality with someone special. It was produced by ABS-CBN Music content, creatives, and operations head Jonathan Manalo and composed by ALAS and Jeremy G.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, WRIVE member Russu composed the pop-R&B song \u201cSe\u00f1orita,\u201d which displays Latin music influence that delves into winning the heart of the person they love. ALAS also served as the track\u2019s producer.<\/p>\n

The music video of \u201cOoh La La\u201d will premiere on Thursday (July 17) at 8pm on the ABS-CBN Star Music YouTube channel.<\/p>\n

The two songs will be part of the P-pop group\u2019s debut album set to be released later this year. They are also set to perform in the upcoming Star Magic All-Star Games 2025 happening at the Araneta Coliseum this July 20 (Sunday).<\/p>\n
